Catherine J. Bosch Gilmore died December 31, 2013. She was born in Beloit, WI, in 1920 and moved south after she married Oklahoman Donald B. Gilmore, Lt. JG of the United States Navy. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years and her five siblings. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy and Nick Anderson of Haysville, KS, and Danne and Gene Kasparek of Rock Hill, SC, and their families.
Kay lived most of her life in Cushing and was active in Hypatia Club, Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, St. Mary Catholic Church in Drumright, and the activities of her daughters. She was the navigator to pilot Don.
Kay was a fun grandmother to Beth, JoD., Kris, Gil and Dori, and a special great grandmother to Rett, Clint, Hayden, Daniel, Nolan, Ian, Isaac, Milo, Tyler and Jake.
The family will gather for a celebration of life during the summer of 2014.
Memorials she would love are St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Drumright, OK and the Cushing High School Band Program, Cushing, OK.
