Carolyn J. Chandler, age 62 of Oilton, Oklahoma passed away Saturday morning, June 28, 2008 in Tulsa. Her memorial services have been entrusted to the care of the Palmer Marler Funeral Home of Oilton, Oklahoma and will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday afternoon, July 3, 2008 at the Highland Cemetery Pavillion in Oilton, Oklahoma with Pastor Randell Newby officiating.
Carolyn was born on September 30, 1945 in Arkansas where she grew up. She moved to Oilton on August 22, 1980. She was a homemaker and was a member of the Yale First Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed fishing, camping, quilting, gardening and helping others.
She is survived by a son, Johnny Biddie and wife Helen Marie Ritchie of Tahlequah; a daughter, Amy Wise-Womack of Florida; two brothers, Leman Smallman of Arkansas and William Smallman; three sisters, Sylvia Jowers of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Minnie Pearl Caine and Beulah; and three grandchildren, Jerry Raymond Allen Biddie of Decatur, Texas, Sarah Dawn Biddie and Daniel Beatty of Ohio.
Carolyn was preceded in death by a son, Jerry Arnold Wise, a sister, Cathy Hampton and two husbands, Joe Chandler and Jimmy Hampton and her parents.
