Carl Eugene Cobb passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2014 in Tulsa at the age of 60 years.
The son of the late Robert Cobb and Alexandria Laurie Butler Cobb, Carl was born on July 27, 1954 in Pawnee, Oklahoma, and was raised and educated in this area.
He was united in marriage to Jeannie White Estes on May 22, 1994.
Carl had worked for the Mannford Police Department for over 20 years, retiring as detective. He later owned and operated a car restoration company. He also enjoyed making slot cars and go carts. He will be remembered by someone that collected toys of all kinds. He was a loving father, grand-father and great-grandfather. He was also proud of the fact that he served his Country in the United States Marine Corp.
Survivors include his wife, Jeannie, of the home; his children, Tonya Eddington of Stillwater, Carl Ray Cobb and his wife, Melissa, of Glenpool, Holly Gilliam and her husband Anthony of Mannford, Nicki Estes and her husband Jimmy of Depew, and Billy Love and his wife Dana of Tulsa; eight grandchildren, Taylor Cobb, Cory Barker, Megan Reid, Michael Gilliam, Stacy Love, Lacy Love, Elektra Love and Layla Estes; two great-grandchildren Aierlyn Reid and Evelyn Reid; his siblings, Dwight Levier, Jim Rogers and his wife Eudora, Edie Cox; several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Carl was preceded in death by one sister, Laura Ardese.
Visitation will be held at the Davis Funeral Home until Friday evening when he will be taken to the Butler residence for prayer and Indian customs.
Graveside services will be Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in the Butler Cemetery.
