(Stillwater, Okla.) — A Cushing woman was jailed on $50,000 bail Monday after Payne County Special District Judge Katherine Thomas revoked her personal recognizance bond on a three-count methamphetamine-related drug charge.
Tabitha Marie Harrison, 29, who remained in custody Tuesday afternoon, had originally been released on her own recognizance Friday after she was arrested by Stillwater police, court records show.
Harrison is alleged on Friday to have endeavored to manufacture methamphetamine by possessing a 32-ounce bottle of camping fuel, a Gatorade bottle converted into an HCL generator, a 20-ounce Mountain Dew bottle converted into an HCL generator, a one-pound container of drain cleaner containing sodium hydroxide, a twin-pack of cold compress containing ammonium nitrate, a 32-ounce bottle of drain opener containing sulfuric acid, an open cold compress containing ammonium nitrate and a lithium battery — with the intent to chemically manufacture methamphetamine.
She is also alleged on Friday to have trafficked the illegal drug by possessing in excess of 20 grams of methamphetamine. She is also alleged on Friday to have possessed drug paraphernalia, described as a bundle of unused coffee filters, a plastic baggy containing four used coffee filters with methamphetamine, a snort straw with methamphetamine, a small glass jar with methamphetamine, a light bulb converted into a smoking pipe, two one” x one” ziptop baggies containing methamphetamine and an one and one-half” x one and one-half” zip top baggy containing methamphetamine.
If convicted of all three counts, Harrison could be given a life prison term plus 21 years and $301,000 in fines, according to court documents filed Tuesday by prosecutor Jack Bowyer.
