Big Rob made a big splash a few months ago when he came to town with his special-recipe barbecue, man-sized hamburgers and juicy steaks. And starting Friday, Aug. 28th, folks can visit Big Rob’s Bull Pen.
Visitors to the Bull Pen can kick back and enjoy an ice cold domestic or imported beer, snack on some Bull Pen appetizers and enjoy a little football.
“We are going to be open for Monday night football,” Rob said, “and I mean until the game is over!”
Monday night football, Friday night fun or Saturday afternoon football – the Bull Pen features a 55 inch flat screen TV , several sports packages (yes – that includes OU and OSU) as well as an assortment of sports decor – including an Oklahoma Thunder neon sign. “That was the first one,” Rob said. “Isn’t it cool?”
Excited to be in Cushing, Rob continues to think up new ideas. “Who knows? Sometime when you come in here, we might be showing movies or something,” Rob said, grinning and looking at the new big screen TV. “You just don’t know what I might come up with.”
Big Rob’s is located at 2320 E. Main (Formerly Taste of Tuscany) and is open Monday – Saturday for lunch and dinner. Bull Pen will stay open late on Monday, Friday and Saturday. For take out, call 918-225-2003.
