The Bank of Cushing has added a new sign to their main street location – it’s big, it’s bold and it’s a sign like none other in town.  Installed recently, it is something that passers by will certainly take note of.  The installation of this sign no doubt, will be relied on for the current time, temperature and more…for years to come by our community and those traveling on Highway 33.

Today’s weather temperatures are expected to reach 70 degrees or more – but wait, the community is in for a big change by this evening.  With today’s 30% chance of rain and wind gusting up to 28 miles per hour – we will see major changes by this evening.  Temperatures are expected to drop into the 20’s while winds continue to gust of up to 28 miles per hour with a 40% chance of rain and thunderstorms before midnight.

Our Thanksgiving forecast will be much different from today, with highs around the 40’s on Thursday with winds gusting as high as 23 miles per hour.  Thanksgiving evening will bring a low of around 22 degrees and clear skies.

The cooler weather makes it’s arrival, bringing in the holiday spirit to the community as shoppers head out on Friday to take advantage of sales, sales, sales!  Be sure to  buy local this holiday season – and keep your eye on the latest sign and more from the Bank of Cushing, your hometown bank!
