Shooting Arrests 2015-30951
(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA Nov. 18, 2015) Three persons have been arrested for the November 5, 2015, shooting of 20 year old Darian Jamal Cyphers. Cyphers was shot multiple times during an incident at the Cedar Oaks apartment complex located at 4100 W. 19th Ave. Cyphers was seriously injured but has survived. Dreshawn Edward Smith, Blake Mitchell Martin and Mikayla Dawn Roberts have all three been charged and arrested on warrants in connection with the case. The victim and the defendants were acquaintances. All three defendants remain in jail at this time.
