(Stillwater, Okla.) – An arrest warrant was issued this morning for a Cushing man accused of having sexual intercourse with a girl who was under the age of 14 in January of 2014 in Payne County.
Chet Wayne Baker, 22, who lives in the 7900 block of N. Norfolk Road, could be sentenced to five years to life in prison if convicted, court records show.
The alleged incident was investigated by the Payne County Sheriff’s Office, court records show.
The felony charge was filed by Payne County Assistant District Attorney Diane Vaughan on Friday, court records show.
