(Cushing, OK) — On May 17, 2026 the American Legion Riders of Oklahoma will be at the American Legion Hall for a rest stop and to visit with the citizens of Cushing and Drumright area. They are expected to arrive about 10 am and stay for an hour.
The Legacy Run is over three days with stops at Legion Posts all over Oklahoma. Riders are raising funds for the American Legion Legacy Scholarship Fund. This fund is to provide scholarships for children who have lost a parent, or whose parent has at least a 50% VA disability rating and has served post 9/11/01.
Please come visit the Legion Riders as well as members of American Legion Post 108 at 214 S. Noble Ave, Cushing. Light snacks and refreshments will be served. Come enjoy a cup of coffee with our Legionnaires, or better yet, try a cup of Chicory (coffee)!
