Cushing, Okla.) American Legion Post 108 will hold two Memorial Day observances, Monday, May 26th.
The first will be held at *9 a.m. at City Hall with a second observance at *10 a.m. at the Fairlawn cemetery.
Legionnaires have been busy placing flags on the graves of veterans to honor their memory. If you have a loved one who was a veteran and did not have a flag placed, contact Carey Seigle at 918-223-6852 or any Legion member.
The American Legion would like to remind you of the Flag Depository now at the Donaldson-Walker Post located at 214 S. Noble. Worn or tattered flags can be placed in the depository and will be disposed of properly by the American Legion.
