(Stillwater, Okla.) — An Agra man who is currently on probation for methamphetamine possession in two counties was charged Monday with possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia — along with driving under suspension on Ford Road and Highway 33 in Payne County.

Paul Wayne Roe, 34, who previously lived in Cushing, has been jailed on $7,500 bond since his arrest on July 27 in a case investigated by the Payne County Sheriff’s Office.

At his arraignment Monday in Payne County District Court, Roe was given an application for a court-appointed attorney and ordered to return to court Tuesday.

According to court records, Roe was placed on 10 years’ probation in January 2006 for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, both in Woods County in 2005.

Roe was also placed on 10 years’ probation in December 2005 for possession of methamphetamine in Payne County in 2005, court records show.

Roe was also placed on five years’ probation in 2003 for marijuana possession in Payne County under a deferred sentence, which was changed two years later in December 2005 to 10 years’ probation, court records show.
