(Stillwater, Okla.) – A 79-year-old Cushing man was charged today with pointing a .22 caliber gun at a neighbor on Thursday.
Ronald Gary Ross was released Friday on $5,000 bail with an order to have no contact with his victim and to have no firearms in his possession, court records show.
If convicted of feloniously pointing a firearm, Ross could be sentenced to one year to 10 years in prison, court records show.
