(Stillwater, Okla.) — A 20-year-old Cushing man was charged today with committing two burglaries in Cushing on Jan. 15.
Curtis Jackson Mosely was accused of breaking the lock of a rear door at a building in the 800 block of E. Cherry in Cushing.
If convicted of second-degree burglary in that case, Mosely could receive as much as a seven-year prison term and a $10,000 fine.
Mosely was also accused of breaking into a Chevrolet truck parked at the Pipelines Crossroads Clinic in Cushing.
If convicted of third-degree burglary in that case, Mosely could be given as much as a five-year prison term and a $10,000 fine.
A court date has not yet been set for Mosely to be arraigned on the two burglary charges, court records show.
