The Lachenmeyer Arts Center is pleased to announce the opening of the 11th Biennial Cushing Community Art Show. The show will open on Sunday, September 7th, 2:00 to 4:00 pm. The public is invited to attend the reception for the artists. The biennial show will display paintings, screenprints, photographs, pottery, sculpture and baskets all created by area artists.
Participating artists in this yearʼs show will be Brad Adams, Betty Bowen, Pam Burnett, Una Jean Carter, Tom Cummings, Jennifer Gertner, Kerrie Griffin, M.J. Henderson-Smith, Ernestine Hodo, Arthur Mastel, Darrell Maynard, Lucille Petermann, Barbara Baker Phillips, Lee V. Rose, Rob Smith, Maryo Strong, Dot Turman & Liz Wilson.
The 11th Biennial Cushing Community Art Show will be on display at the Lachenmeyer Arts Center through September 19, 2008. The art center is located in the Cushing Youth & Community Center at 700 S. Little Ave. Gallery Hours at the Lachenmeyer Arts Center are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Monday, Wednesday & Friday and 6:00 to 9:00 pm on Monday & Tuesday evenings..
