The First United Methodist Church in Cushing is holding class for those interested in learning how to budget their finances. Financial Peace University, created by Dave Ramsey, is designed to “teach you and your family how to get out of debt, stay out of debt, and build wealth.”
The first of 13 classes will be held Thursday, March 22 at 6 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church located at the corner of 9th Street and Little Avenue in Cushing. Trace Rowe will be overseeing the classes and invites those interested to sit through the first class free of charge. “Come in and check it out for yourself,” Rowe told KUSH. “It took me about three classes before I began to really believe. But it has truly been life changing for me and my wife.”
