STILLWATER — In what may be the first case of its type ever filed here, a 32-year-old Oklahoma City woman has pleaded guilty to voting illegally in Payne County in the general election of November 2024.
Victoria Vincenza Dill, who had been charged in an Oklahoma City based multi-county grand jury indictment that was unsealed in October of 2025, admitted in court on May 8 to “willfully voting more than once in the November 2024 general election.”
Dill was placed on five years’ probation under a deferred sentence on May 8 Payne County District Judge Jason Reese, who ordered her to pay a $150 fine, $50 to the victims’ compensation fund and court costs. Voting illegally is a felony punishable by up to five years in prison and a $50,000 fine on conviction.
“The Oklahoma State Election Board discovered Dill voted in person in Oklahoma County and submitted an absentee ballot in Payne County on the same day,” state Attorney General Gentner Drummond said in an Oct. 23, 2025, news release.
“The general election ballot included president/vice president, state leaders like corporation commissioner, U.S. representatives, state senators and representatives, judges and state questions.
“The integrity of our elections is fundamental to ensuring every vote counts,” the AG noted in his news release.
“My office will continue to investigate voter fraud and hold accountable those who violate Oklahoma’s election laws,” the AG emphasized in his news release.
Since Dill was given a deferred sentence in Payne County District Court, she will not have a criminal record if she successfully completes the terms of her probation.
