(Cushing, OK) — Cushing Board of Commissioners and Boards of Trustees will meet, Tuesday, January 20th at 7 pm, in City Hall. Agenda topics include possible approval of multiple settlement agreements regarding airport hangars and hangar rental agreements at Cushing Municipal Airport.
Other business includes a resolution declaring certain City owned personal property to be obsolete or surplus and authorization directing the City Manager to sell or otherwise dispose of such obsolete or surplus property.

Meetings are open to the public. Regarding public input and unscheduled personal appearances at meetings: Citizens wishing to give Public Input may do so by signing up to make comments until 6:50 pm on the day of the meeting in the City Manager’s office. All comments are limited to three (3) minutes in length and must address a current agenda item. Comments must also meet basic rules of decorum (no personal attacks, foul language, disruptive behavior, etc.). Commentors must include their full name, address, and the agenda item being addressed on the sign-up form in order to speak. Comments that do not adhere to the rules will not be allowed. The purpose of this agenda item is to provide citizens with an opportunity to comment on specific agenda items. Commissioners and staff will not engage in discussion or offer input during Public Input. Responses to comments, if any, will occur under the appropriate agenda time or in follow-up comments.
