The victim reported to officers that Donald Laver had threatened to kill her, hit her in the head with a pistol and fired the gun into a wall near the victim. The victim attempted to get away from Donald, but he continued to assault her and prevented her from leaving the residence. It was reported that Donald eventually stopped the assault and left the victim’s residence. The victim was transported to Stillwater Medical Center and treated for her injuries.

He fled from the vehicle on foot.
