Proof of Cushing Residence (lease/mortgage statement or current utility bill)

Up-To-Date Immunization Record or Signed Exemption Form
Birth Certificate
CUSHING PRE-K PRE-ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE
In order to be considered for placement at Cushing Pre-Kindergarten, the following conditions must be met:
Your child will need to be four years old by September 1, 2022.
Your child will need to be fully potty trained by the first day of school.
