(Stillwater, OK) Exciting things are happening at your credit union! Members have received an email about the upcoming name change and rebrand. On 6.1.2021 the Credit Union will rebrand and begin serving you as Oklahoma Community Credit Union. This strategic change for the credit union gives us the ability to create new growth in an ever-evolving market.
Good News….The Name and Brand Change will have little impact on Member’s benefits:
- Keep your Account Number
- Keep your Debit / ATM / Credit Card Numbers
- Website: cuintouch.com changes to okcommunitycu.com
- Keep your online banking and mobile banking logins and passwords
- The routing number remains the same
- Continue to find us on social media, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Your funds are still protected by NCUA. (Our legal name will be Oklahoma Community Federal Credit Union.)
University & Community has served us well for the past 20 years, the one key thing we hear is “I didn’t know I could join the credit union.” Our primary reason for the new name is to remove the assumption you have to be affiliated with the University, or a particular business, to get the benefits of being a credit union member. We expanded our Charter to surrounding counties and the name “Oklahoma Community” better suits us to support new growth in our evolving market.
The new name and brand compliments who the credit union is becoming. The more members we have, the better resources we can offer our Members. It’s still about the Members. It’s still about local decisions, and it’s still the same financial institution, owned by Members.
