(Stillwater, Okla.) – A 22-year-old Cushing woman has been accused of embezzling $2,653.58 from the Homestead Restaurant while she was an employee between Dec. 1, 2014, and Jan. 15, 2015.
Ashlee Devin Payton has not yet been arrested on the felony embezzlement charge that was filed last week, court records showed today.
If convicted in the case investigated by Cushing police, Payton could be incarcerated for five years and fined $5,000, court records show.
