(Stillwater, Okla.) As a result of an undercover investigation by Oklahoma State University police that began last fall and continued into the spring semester, five young people have been charged with illegally delivering marijuana on campus or at a Stillwater apartment complex, according to court records.
Although arrest warrants were issued last week, none of the defendants had been arrested by this morning, court records show:
* Justin James Jordan, 19, accused of delivering marijuana twice, once for $60 and once for $20, on Nov. 6, 2014, to plain clothes OSU police officers outside his then-residence in Stinchcomb Hall;
* Noah Gray Deslatte, 18, accused of delivering marijuana for $60 on Oct. 16, 2014, to a plain clothes officer at his then-residence in Kerr Hall;
* Matthew Bradley Powers, 20, accused of delivering marijuana for $60 on April 28, 2015, to a confidential informant in the parking lot of The Reserve apartment complex where the defendant was then living;
* Madelyn Suzanne Freedman, 19, accused of delivering marijuana for $60 on Nov. 6, 2014, to a plain clothes OSU police officer in her car outside Jones Hall, her then-residence;
* Cassidy Renee Ramsey, 20, accused of delivering marijuana twice, once for for $60 on Dec. 10, 2014, at an informant’s residence in Young Hall, and once for $60 on Jan. 26, 2015, at the defendant’s residence at The Reserve apartment complex to an undercover police officer.
Each count of unlawful delivery of marijuana carries a penalty of two years to life in prison plus as much as a $20,000 fine on conviction, according to the felony charges filed last week.
