(Stillwater, Okla.) — A 25-year-old Stillwater man was arraigned from the Payne County Jail Monday on a charge of feloniously pointing an AK-47 at an unnamed victim’s stomach on Sunday.
Bail for Joshua Allen Wynn was set at $7,500, with the condition that he have no contact with his alleged victim if he does post bond, court records show.
Wynn was ordered to appear in court on Friday to fill out an application for a court-appointed attorney.
The case was investigated by the Stillwater Police Department, court records show.
If convicted of feloniously pointing a firearm, Wynn could be incarcerated for one to 10 years, according to the charge filed Monday.
