(Stillwater, Okla.) – A Cushing man has been given two concurrent 15-year prison terms for delivering methamphetamine to a confidential informant for the Sheriff’s Office at his residence at 1510 S. Little on two occasions in January 2014 – while he was on 10 years’ probation for possessing marijuana with intent to distribute in Cushing in 2010.
Frank Leslie Chalkey, 53, was sentenced by Payne County District Judge Phillip Corley, who approved a plea agreement on June 12, court records show. Chalkey was also fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $150 for a state crime bureau laboratory fee, as well as $100 to the District Attorney’s drug fund, court records show.
The judge also revoked the balance of Chalkey’s probation in his 2010 marijuana case, to be served in prison concurrently to his methamphetamine delivery sentences, court records show.
