(Cushing, Okla.) The following information is a preliminary collision report furnished by the Department of Public Safety.
A collision occurred on June 13th (2015) at 5:53 (am) at Main and 26th in Payne County.
Ray Davis (64) of Stillwater was driving a 2000 Chevrolet Pickup southbound on Main when it exited the roadway left and collided with a tree.
Davis was transported by Lifenet to Stillwater Medical Center and then to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City where he was admitted in good condition with a leg injury.
DPS reports that seatbelts were in use.
