(Cushing, Okla.) SUGAR FREE ALLSTARS ARE BACK
How often does Cushing host Grammy Award winning artists? Well, maybe once a year. Because the Sugar Free Allstars are back again by popular request to rock the library with their funky rock/gospel/blues mix. The Sugar Free Allstars will kick off the Summer Reading Program at the Cushing Library on Monday evening, June 1 at 6:30. The public is invited to this free performance.
SUMMER READING PROGRAM BEGINS
On June 1, the Summer Reading program begins, with programs for ages 3-5 and 6-12. We’re going wild this summer–Wild About Reading, that is. The Library Lions (ages6-12) will be participating in activities that feature wild animals, jungle games and jungle crafts. The Library Cubs (ages 3-5) will be having a roaring good time with their own activities. Swing on over to the Library for a Jungle full of fun.
LEGO CLUB
The LEGO Club will meet on Tuesday, June 2 at 6:00 pm. There are thousands of LEGOS for children ages 5-11 to make special creations that will be displayed at the Library
And don’t forget Summer Reading Program movies every Thursday at 1:30. Free popcorn and lemonade.
It’s a jungle out there at your library and it’s all FREE.
