(Stillwater, Okla.) – A Perkins woman was charged today with malicious injury to property by allegedly throwing a rock at a Cushing woman’s vehicle’s back window – destroying it on Nov. 14, 2014.
Crystal Kay Hayter, 42, was mailed a letter today from the District Attorney’s Office advising her to voluntarily appear in court on April 7 or a warrant would be issued for her arrest, court records show.
If convicted of the felony investigated by the Payne County Sheriff’s Office, Hayter could be incarcerated for two years and fined $1,000, court records show.
