(Stillwater, Okla.) – A Cushing man was arraigned Monday from the Payne County Jail on charges of possessing morphine and syringes on Sunday in a case investigated by Cushing Police Officer Aaron Sherman.
Ronald Kevin Furrh, 49, remains held on $7,500 bail pending an April 28 court appearance with an attorney, court records show.
If convicted of possessing morphine, Furrh could be given a prison term of two to 10 years and a $10,000 fine.
If convicted of possessing drug paraphernalia described as syringes, Furrh could be given a one-year jail term and a $1,000 fine.
