Oklahoma City – This morning Oklahoma Highway Patrol Troopers arrested Steven Wayne Clark at his residence in Cushing, Oklahoma. He will beprocessed into the Seminole County jail, where the Seminole County District Attorney plans to file first degree manslaughter charges relating to thedeath of Trooper Nicholas Dees.
