(Stillwater, Okla.) — A Stillwater woman with a history of alcohol-related offenses has been jailed on $10,000 bail on charges of neglecting her 4-year-old child and possessing marijuana on Aug. 25 in Stillwater.

Darmaecia Brendette Hill, 34, was arraigned Friday from the Payne County Jail and ordered to appear in court on Sept. 8 on the two-count charge.

Hill failed to provide any supervision for her 4-year-old “and instead consumed alcoholic beverages and smoked marijuana while the child roamed the public streets for several hours without appropriate supervision” on Aug. 25 in Stillwater, court records allege.
