(Stillwater, Okla.) — A Cushing man was charged Monday with breaking into a house in rural Drumright in Payne County by pulling off a screen, opening a window and entering, all on Aug. 15. Nolen Ray Roberts, 20, was arraigned Monday from the Payne County Jail where he was ordered held on $5,000 bail pending a Wednesday court appearance with an attorney.
If convicted of the second-degree burglary charge investigated by the Payne County Sheriff’s Office, Roberts could be given a prison sentence from two to seven years, court records show.
