CHS Alumni members met Tuesday evening in the Alumni Hall to elect the next group of officers who are now tasked with taking care of alumni business and the planning of the 2015 All Class Reunion that is traditionally held annually on Memorial Day Weekend.
The Cushing Alumni Association will hold it’s next meeting the first Tuesday of September, the 2nd at 6 pm. On the agenda – finishing up minutes from the last meeting prior to elections and minutes from the meeting held this week, as well as various committee updates and new business at hand. If you would like be a part of the association, simply show up for September’s meeting, the door is open to any alumni and the help is always appreciated!
The association is anxious to get with classes celebrating a milestone year and any other special occasion in 2015. When asked what is a big part of her agenda for the association, the newly elected President stated that she wants to see “lots of participation and reminds members that donations for a new roof for the Alumni Hall are still needed and greatly appreciated!” So why not email Dru at [email protected], if you have class information for next year’s event, a donation check for the roof or questions about how you can help make a difference in your alumni association today!
