(Stillwater, Okla.) — A teenager was charged today with bringing marijuana into the Cimarron Correctional Facility in Cushing on Sunday.
Brittany Elizabeth Dluniewski, 19, of Tulsa, was arraigned today from the Payne County Jail where she was being held on $5,000 bail.
She was ordered to appear in court on Aug. 7 with an attorney to represent her on the felony charge.
If convicted of bringing a drug into a prison, Dluniewski could be incarcerated for five years and fined $1,000, court records show.
