(Cushing, Okla.) According to totals provided by the Payne County Election Board, Don Amon has unseated incumbent Jim Hogrefe by only 21 votes for Seat #5 of the Cushing Board of Commissioners.
With all precincts reporting, Amon received 188 of the 355 votes cast to Hogrefe’s 167.
