Margaret Lou Ragan, age 78 of Pawnee passed away on March 7, 2014 at the Southern Oaks Care Center in Pawnee, OK. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. March 11, 2014 at the Palmer Marler Funeral Home Chapel, Cushing, OK.

Margaret was born on January 14, 1936 in Depew, Oklahoma to Frank Toops and Lila (Jackson) Toops. She grew up in Cushing and graduated from Cushing High School. Margaret married Harold Ragan on January 13, 1962 in Cushing, OK. She was a waitress at the Cushing Hotel. Margaret attended the Full Gospel Church in Drumright.
She is survived by her husband Harold Ragan of Pawnee, son Eddie Ragan of Billings, OK., daughter, Wynoma Ragan of Pawnee, brothers, Arthur Toops of Pawnee and Frank Toops of Angona, KS., sisters, Rebecca Winkler of Cushing and Nora Toops of Pawnee.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Douglas Toops.
