(Cushing, Okla.) The Cushing Police Department released a Nixle report reminding citizens traveling throughout the city reminding of the school speed zones. School starts in Cushing on August 20th. Those speed zones are as follows:
Harmony Elementary (1601 S. Harmony Rd)- 25 mph from 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
Deep Rock Elementary (2601 N. Linwood)- 25 mph from 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
Sunnyside Elementary (1919 S. Kings Highway)- 25 mph from 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
Cushing High School (1700 E. Walnut)- 25 mph from 7:45 a.m.- 8:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m.- 1:00 p.m., and 3:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m.
Harrison Elementary (610 S. Noble)- 20 mph as posted
Wilson Elementary (1100 E. Cherry)- 15 mph as posted
Cushing Middle School (316 N. Steele)- 20 mph as posted
500-600 S. Little – 20 mph as posted from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. and from 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
