(Cushing, Okla.) The Tree of Life at Hillcrest Hospital Cushing has received a face-lift and is ready and waiting to have new leaves added.
The Tree of Life was donated by the Jim Daves’ Family as a memorial to Jim’s grandson, Taylor Daves. Leaves have been placed on the Tree as citizens donated to the Cushing Regional Hospital Foundation. Each leaves’ color represents the amount given by a donor. As the donated amount increases, additional leaves are added. The levels of donations are:
$1000 for a bronze leaf
$2500 for a silver leaf
$5000 for a gold leaf
Interested parties are invited to a reception to be held Friday, Sept. 14th from 2 – 4 p.m. for the hanging of the new leaves. Refreshments will be served in the Auxiliary Education Room of the Hillcrest Hospital Cushing.
Following the hanging of the leaves, two $10,000 donors will be recognized.
This is a special event for Cushing Regional Hospital Foundation. The continual gifts are imperative to the success of the Hospital.
