(Cushing, Okla.)  It appears this year’s quest to become the 2012 Cushing Community PRCA Rodeo Queen will be a tight race as five contestants via for the honor.  Those in the running are:  Heather Taylor, Abby Jones, Kerianne Mitchell, Jessica Thompson and Brooklyn Collins.

Heather Taylor is the daughter of Jim Taylor and Jeannie Taylor.  She is a senior at Drumright High School, with future plans of becoming a veterinarian.  Purchase tickets from Heather by calling 918-399-2776.

Kerianne Mitchell has wanted to be Cushing Rodeo Queen since she was in the third grade.  She is the daughter of Troy and Holly Mitchell, Cushing, and is a senior at Cushing High School.  You may purchase tickets from Kerianne at Swanson’s Furniture in Downtown Cushing.
