(Tulsa, Okla.) – Utica Park Clinic’s South Lewis office welcomed three providers Friday, July 1, 2011. A fourth provider is scheduled to join the clinic in August.    

    Jack Aldridge, DO, has been practicing family medicine in Oklahoma since 1988.  He graduated from Northeastern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry.  He then earned a graduate assistantship in Chemistry from the University of Arkansas and a medical degree from the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1987.

    Dr. Aldridge is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and Oklahoma Osteopathic Association. He has also served in adjunct faculty roles at Oklahoma State University and Tulsa Community College. 

    Cathryn Merideth, ARNP, is transferring from Utica Park Clinic in Cleveland, OK.  She has been practicing in Oklahoma since 2003.  She is board certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Her interests include pediatrics, women’s health and geriatrics in the medically underserved populations.

Floye Taylor, ARNP, is transferring from Utica Park Clinic at 1245 S. Utica in Tulsa.  She has been practicing in Oklahoma since 2007.  She is board-certified by the National Certification Corporation.

    Jim Harjo, DO, is scheduled to join the group in August 

            Dr. Aldridge, Cathryn and Floye are currently welcoming new patients.  Most insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid, are accepted.  Utica Park Clinic’s South Lewis office is located at 7600 S. Lewis in Tulsa.  Appointments can be made by calling 918-493-2229 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
