Howard R. Spradlin was born on November 16, 1940 in Oilton, Oklahoma to the late Tom Spradlin Jr. and Blanche (Brazil) Spradlin. Howard grew up in Oilton and graduated from Oilton High School in 1959. He entered the U. S. Army in 1960 serving his country as a military police man until 1965. After returning from service, Howard began working for the Katy Railroad. He later transferred to the Santa Fe Railroad where he retired. Howard enjoyed working for the railroad with all of his friends.
Howard is survived by many loving and caring friends.
