The first “Tiger Time of 2011” for CHS Students in Studio B was a little short on school information for the first week of school after the holidays – but it was not short on laughs and light heartedness. CHS student Sam Hooser, new to the studio with one of our favorite regulars for Tiger Time, Jennifer Walters, were our first school guests for our newly named Fabulous Fridays. There was talk of future plans, college and prom time behind the scenes.
The KUSH Girls teased Sam and Jennifer about leaving Cushing – going on to school – raising a family for twenty years or so… and then returning… to become the New KUSH Girls, upon Molly and I’s retirement. We think they kind of liked the idea!
On the air, talk of a really big event scheduled for January 10 – the first ever CHS event of it’s kind – and certainly a must see event – is the first ALL male student beauty pageant! The pageant will consist of high school boys competing in a traditional beauty pageant – and it’s all happening this Monday at 6:30 am at the CHS auditorium. Tickets have been flying out of the hands of those who possess them and the best news is… you can STILL get yours at the door! This pageant is a CHS fund raiser – so head on out to the Cushing High School for a great night of fun and… to see who will be crowned CHS beauty queen 2011.
