(Stillwater, Okla.) —  A  30-year-old man was given a 15-year prison term Monday for raping a 13-year-old girl twice in July while he was living in Yale.     Jaime Valenzuela De La Torre pleaded guilty Monday to two counts of first-degree rape before Special District Judge Phillip Corley.     De La Torre was ordered to have no contact with his victim before or after his release from prison when he must register as a sex offender.     De La Torre has been jailed since his arrest by Yale Police Chief Philip Keeling on July 19, an hour after a 911 call came into the police department regarding a possible sexual assault, court records show.     The victim told the Yale police chief that she was afraid of De La Torre, who she said frequently hit her with an open hand, according to Keeling’s affidavit.     De La Torre was picked up at his work place in Yale and told police through a Spanish translator that “he understood what he was doing was wrong,” according to Keeling’s affidavit.
