(Stillwater, Okla.) — An Oilton woman who is accused of renting a 2001 Chervolet Malibu from Ausbrooks Auto Rental in Cushing and failing to return it on July 9 was charged with embezzlement Tuesday.
Michelle Lynne Sisco, 34, could receive as much as a five-year prison term, a $5,000 fine and an order to pay restitution if convicted of the felony charge filed by Payne County Assistant District Attorney Charles Rogers.
Sisco is currently on probation for drug possession in Washita County in 2006, court records show.
