On November 8, 2018, the Lincoln County District Attorney’s Office requested the OSBI investigate alleged sexual misconduct. On November 15, 2018, the OSBI Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, with Edmond Police Department, the OSBI and the Lincoln County Special Operations Group, served a search warrant at 346935 and 246953 East 390 Road in Chandler, Oklahoma. Warren Hitchcock (Date of Birth: 08/29/78) was arrested at his residence, 246953 East 390 Road in Chandler. Hitchcock was placed into the Lincoln County Jail on fifteen counts of Sex Abuse of a Child and one count of Violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.
