(Cushing, Okla.) The following information is based on a preliminary collision report furnished by the Department of Public Safety (DPS).
An injury incident occurred on April 9th (2018), at approximately 11:55 pm, on CR 2409 (1.4 miles south of CR 2280), 4 miles south of Barnsdall, in Osage County.
A male age 42 from Barnsdall, Oklahoma was transported by ambulance to St. Johns (Owasso), and on ward to St. Johns (Tulsa). He is reported to be in critical condition.
According to the DPS report the occupants condition at the time of the collision, as well the cause of the collision, and if seat-belts were in use are still under investigation at this time.
