Taking the stage Friday night August 14 and joining the local mission, “Love thy Neighbor” you will hear The Hargroves from Sapulpa, OK. Christian music presenters (.com) describes “the music God creates through The Hargroves is breathed from the mouth of God, produced by the hand of God, and performed under the anointing of God. Jason and Ru Hargrove are the 2005 (CCMA) Christian country music association songwriting champions for the title song “Some Other Day,”  a song they co-wrote with FFH guitarist and friend Jonathan Firey.

Jason and Ru have been married for eight years and singing together since the day they met in 1993.The Hargroves have spent countless hours learning to blend their voices into what is truly a unique and versatile sound. Music of the Hargroves is changing and inspiring the lives of people of all ages and backgrounds everywhere. The Hargroves are comfortable sharing the gospel through song, testimony, and word. “

Christian Music Presenters .com which means they have met the qualifications reaching the highest standard available for Christian musician presenters following auditions and interviews.

 

Love thy Neighbor is a community wide event sponsored by Drumright area churches and businesses. The Kick-Off begins at 6:00 pm in Whitlock Park in Drumright August 14. The entire evening is free. Hot dogs, drinks, cotton candy, popcorn will be available. Inflatable jumping fun, face painting, nail art and many more activities will also be available. Come join the fun.
