(Cushing, Okla.) Cimarron Valley Humane Society is putting out a plea for someone to come to the rescue of Red Cedar. He is a young neutered male Rat Terrier mix. He has also tested negative for heart worms. He is young, friendly and would love to be your lap dog. He would even help you drive!
The desperation comes because Cimarron Valley Humane Society is currently out of foster homes.
