(Yale, Okla.) Yale will be hopping tonight (Friday, July 29th) as the 5th Annual June Noble Memorial Rodeo opens at the Rick Turner arena in Jim Thorpe Park. The concession stand opens at 6 p.m. and Muttin Bustin’ registration begins at 6:30 p.m. Other rodeo events during the two days include bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, senior and junior barrels, team roping bull riding, calf roping, breakaway roping, and steer wrestling. A steer roping event will be held Saturday, July 30th at 10 a.m.
The fun continues on Saturday with Yale’s Sizzlin Summer Cruz ‘N’ car show at 5 p.m., a live band at 6 p.m. and car show judging and trophy presentation at 7 p.m.

Friday, July 29th
6 p.m. – Concessions open
6:30 p.m. – Registration for Muttin Bustin’ – must be 7 and under – first 10 contestants each night
7:30 p.m. – Muttin Bustin’
8 p.m. – RODEO!
Saturday, July 30th
10 a.m. – Steer Roping
5 p.m. – Air Evac lands in park next to swimming pool
5 p.m. – Yale’s Sizzlin’ summer Curz ‘N’ car show
6 p.m. – Life Flight
6 p.m. – Concessions open
6 p.m. – Live band starts
6:30 p.m. – Muttin Bustin’ registration
6:30 p.m. – Mechanical Bull opens – kids of all ages!
7 p.m. – Judging and trophy presentation for car show
7:20 p.m. – Live band ends
8 p.m. – Car show ends
8 p.m. – RODEO!
9:30 p.m. – Mechanical Bull closes
11 p.m. – Police Gun Raffle and Resistol Women’s Cowboy Boots drawing
