Janice Irlyn Minney, age 61 of Yale, passed away on Sunday, July 10, 2011 at her home in Yale. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. , Monday, July 18, 2011 at the Assembly of God in Yale. Rev. Randell Newby will officiate.

Janice was born on July 20, 1949 in Depew , Oklahoma to the late Rupert and Pauline (Welch) Keeling. Janice grew up in Depew and was the Salutatorian for her graduating class. Janice married Kenneth Minney on October 6, 1978 . She worked as a cashier for Wal-Mart for a number of years. Janice was a member of the Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband Kenneth Minney of the home, daughter Alycia Mitchell of Drumright, Oklahoma, daughter Darla O’Rourke and husband Lance of Owasso, Oklahoma, daughter Deanna Faulkner of Yale, Oklahoma, son Ken Cheever of Lyons, Kansas, and brothers Fred and Blueford Keeling. Her grandchildren include: Kendra, Trisha, Erica, Jaylynn, Tiara, Caleb, Elijah, Caleanna, Kenton, Cannon, Isaac, Josh, Jaeda, Kinley, and Allie Grace.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Rupert and Pauline Keeling, parents-in-law Archie and Juanita Minney, and brother-in-laws Tony and Lester Minney.
