(Cushing, Okla) – The Cushing Youth & Community Center has canceled activities for Tuesday, May 24 due to the high probability of severe weather.
Director Mick Evans says that many of the fields were to wet to play as a result of last nights rains, and the Emergency Management Director Bob Noltensmeyer indicated that if storms fire up as expected, they will do so rapidly.
A tornado watch is in effect for the area through 10:00 PM tonight.
